We specialize in 100% Philippine grown and roasted coffee, focusing on sustainability and supporting local farmers and paying fair wages and benefits. Our mission is to provide the highest quality coffee while fostering fair relationships with our partners and employees. In addition to our single varietal specialty and premium coffees, we will also be offering special blends including an Espresso blend that will be a slightly darker roast for those that enjoy a good espresso blend.
Our roasted coffee will initially be available only in the Philippines as we work to finalize supply chain and ocean freight. Freshness of our roasted coffee is very important to us, so we are working on green coffee export and roasting in the Pacific Northwest, this will allow us to sell only the freshest roasted beans. After successful careers in high tech, our founders, Roy Hill and Jon Marshall made a pivot to a new industry. Leaving an industry that is dominated by corporate greed and AI, for an agricultural and artisan adventure in coffee. A passion for the Philippines, it's people and coffee, led us to an amazing opportunity. We were able to purchase the inventory of a former roasting business for a good price, that's where the journey began. Our story is evolving as we learn the roasting business and develop relationships with the farmers. Sharing the amazing coffee from this beautiful country is the driving force behind our new adventure. As we work to build our online presence we continue to meet with the farmers who keep this tradition alive.
